Two Employee Options, One Company Package

Bought for the company

  • Complete — $899 CAD per company
Complete is not a $899 employee training seat. Employers purchase Complete once for the organization, then add Foundations or Professional seats for individual employees.
Scope

Information-based training that supports your own

Clean-Skills Training is information-based commercial cleaning training designed to support employer-provided hands-on and workplace-specific training. It does not replace employer responsibility for hands-on instruction, site-specific procedures, company products and chemicals, equipment-specific training, company policies or practical workplace evaluation.

General commercial

Designed for general commercial cleaning

Clean-Skills Training is designed for general commercial cleaning environments. It is not designed to provide training for healthcare or medical facilities, where additional infection prevention and control requirements, procedures, regulations and facility-specific training may apply.

Refund Policy

All Sales Are Final

Clean-Skills Training is digital training that is available as soon as a purchase is complete. For that reason, all purchases — Foundations seats, Professional seats and the Complete package — are final and non-refundable. Please review the training pages, including “Before You Enrol”, before purchasing.

No refunds

What refunds are not given for

Refunds are not provided for a change of mind, unused or unassigned seats, a learner not finishing the course or not passing the final assessment, an employee leaving your company, or differences between the training visuals and your own workplace, products or equipment.

Employee leaves

Your seat is not lost

If an employee leaves before completing the course, remove their seat in your manager view. The seat returns to your company as unused, ready for your next employee. Once an employee has completed the course, that seat has been used and cannot be reassigned.

Our error

If something goes wrong on our side

If you are charged twice for the same purchase, or we are unable to provide access to training you paid for, email info@clean-skills.com within 30 days of purchase and we will correct the problem or refund the affected amount.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
